- ED 11 - 20/12 Toyota & Lexus Emergency Response Guide Updates » - Toyota has just issued a total of 10 updated documents for hybrid electric vehicles manufactured by themselves and their luxury arm (Lexus).
- ED 08, 09 & 10/12 Holden Volt Quick Reference Emergency Response Guides » - In support of the training sessions being conducted by Holden across Australia and New Zealand, Holden have provided 3 documents to ARRO for distribution to members. These are:
- ED 07/12 Infiniti M35h Emergency Response Guide » - Infiniti are manufacturers of luxury performance vehicles. They are part of the Renault-Nissan alliance. The attached First Responder's Guide providers information on the M35h hybrid electric (346volt) systems. These vehicles are currently on sale along the Australian eastern seaboard and likely to spread in the near future.
- ED 06/12 Toyota Prius V Emergency Response Guide » - Toyota released the Prius C in March 2012. It is the next generation of Prius hybrid cars. The Hybrid system operates at 650 volts.
- ED 05/12 Toyota Prius C Emergency Response Guide » - Toyota released the Prius C in December 2011. It is the next generation of Prius hybrid cars. The Hybrid system operates at 520 volts.
- ED 04/12 2nd Generation Toyota Camry Emergency Response Guide » - This document has been provided by Toyota. It is an update on the previous ERG from Toyota on the Camry. This document specifically covers the 2nd Generation Hybrid Camry vehicle, which was released on the Australian market in February 2012.
- ED 03/12 Renault Fluenceze Emergency Response Guide » - This document has been provided by Renault Australia. It details emergency response procedures for the Renault Fluenceze. This vehicle was released in Australia in mid May 2012 and numbers are expected to grow steadily over the next few months.
- ED 02/12 Holden Volt Emergency Response Guide » - This document details procedures for the soon to be released Holden/Chevrolet Volt, an all electric vehicle operating a 360V power system.
- 04/12 Vehicle Construction - Fuel Lines » - This bulletin highlights a particular construction feature of the Subaru Liberty and the Honda Civic in which their fuel lines are routed very close to the sill at the base of the B pillar.
- 03/12 VE Commodore Utility Construction » - ARRO is publishing this Technical Bulletin thanks to the assistance of the Engineering Design team at Holden.
- 02/12 VE Commodore Utility Inline Extrciation » - This bulletin highlights some of the construction features of the VE Holden Commodore Utility and one option that may allow for the creation of an inline extrication path for casualties.

- ED 01 & 02/10 Toyota Camry (Hybrid) ERG » - This is the latest release Emergency Response Guide from Toyota on the 2010 Camry built in Australia. Please note the document is 2.75MB to download. Also available is a one page guide to disabling the hybrid system on the Toyota Camry.
- 03/09 Converted Electric Vehicles » - Fully electric vehicles are appearing in larger numbers on our roads. They present a different set of challenges to rescue personnel. This bulletin provides rescuers with key awareness information about such vehicles.
